2. Hub Culture, HubID and Ven
Hub Culture began in 2002 with the creation of one of the world’s first social networks and quickly grew to
encompass global collaboration services. Today the company and network revolve around four key assets:
1. Pavilions – physical locations operated by Hub Culture which enable co-working, event, incubation, and
entertainment / content production services.
2. Knowledge Brokerage – networked services and introductions for deal-making among members, with
distributed commissions.
3. Ven – the world’s largest centralized digital currency – used inside the Hub Culture retail loop, and traded
among regulated financial exchanges, approaching 1 Billion units exchanged. Asset backed by a mix of
currency, commodities and carbon, it is the world’s most stable and environmentally friendly currency.
4. HubID – global ID verification and identity services, featuring secure storage vaults for data and the
world’s best standards for individual data ownership, privacy and regulatory compliance.
Key Statistics: Over 30,000 members worldwide, relationships with 40+ Fortune 500 companies for

16. As Ven grows, Hub Culture is exploring the acquisition of a banking license to enable new banking services. A banking
license approval has been offered in Bermuda, Ven’s home market, creating the following possibilities:
Ven Bank Structures
Ven Global Digital Bank Infrastructure - Using Ven’s core infrastructure, additional digital banking services can be built
into the product offering for a bank service available on a digital platform. Customers could be onboarded via Hub Culture
and provided traditional banking services on a mobile platform. For In-Jurisdiction customers, fiat services would be
available. For Out-Jurisdiction customers, digital currency services only. As a set of mid-tier banking services, these can
be aligned with partners like FIS and Capco for introduction into emerging mobile banking services built by FIS.
Off-Planet Ven Private Bank - because the Ven is a digital asset, asset data storage on satellites presents a compelling
new private wealth offering, with the goal of ‘disrupting’ off-shore wealth centers. Using the banking license as a tether,
transactions could be executed via a banking structure with HNW wealth storage happening off-planet in Ven. On satellites
operating at the correct altitudes, international law, jurisdictions and other factors offer opportunities for domicile efficiency,
because assets held would not fall under any ground-based jurisdiction. In some cases the satellite beneficial owner,
launch country or other aspects may affect the jurisdictional status of the asset, and redundancies would be maintained on
earth (cloud) for account balance security. A compelling case for off-planet banking exists as a wealth preservation
measure, and Ven makes this uniquely possible. Such a service would likely be offered only to a select HNW group.
Low Value Banking Services - Half the world’s population exist on less than $5 a day income, and traditional banking
services are not cost effective for these consumers. By combining low-cost access and account credit structures using Ven
Wallets with the near 0 transaction cost for remittances in Ven, mobile digital currency banking services become viable to
users around the world. A banking license could help to extend cash-out and forex settlement for nodes in such a system.
Requirements: $12-15 Million required, which includes a $10 Million Insured Asset Backing with Bermuda Monetary Auth.
Investment into one retail frontage in Bermuda (a Hub, nominally self-sustaining via other business services)
Additional technical development and insurance, credit services and customer services infrastructure.
