Hub Culture, HubID and Ven
Hub Culture began in 2002 with the creation of one of the world’s first social networks and quickly grew to
encompass global collaboration services. Today the company and network revolve around four key assets:
1. Pavilions – physical locations operated by Hub Culture which enable co-working, event, incubation, and
entertainment / content production services.
2. Knowledge Brokerage – networked services and introductions for deal-making among members, with
distributed commissions.
3. Ven – the world’s largest centralized digital currency – used inside the Hub Culture retail loop, and traded
among regulated financial exchanges, approaching 1 Billion units exchanged. Asset backed by a mix of
currency, commodities and carbon, it is the world’s most stable and environmentally friendly currency.
4. HubID – global ID verification and identity services, featuring secure storage vaults for data and the
world’s best standards for individual data ownership, privacy and regulatory compliance.
Key Statistics: Over 30,000 members worldwide, relationships with 40+ Fortune 500 companies for
partnerships around Pavilions and member services. 42 knowledge brokers across 25 cities to source deals.
Over 25 Hub Culture Pavilions have appeared on 5 continents, including Barcelona, Beijing, Cancun, Cannes,
Copenhagen, Croatia, Davos, Durban, Ho Chi Minh City, Ibiza, London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Rio
de Janeiro, Sacramento, Sao Paulo, St. Moritz, and Venice. Together they have generated millions in turnover.
Over 500 million Ven exchanged hands in 2014 among 5 Authorities, and over a dozen companies are
