Celebrate the Sustainable Development Goals onboard Peace Boat!

The world's largest passenger ship sailing around the world for peace, sustainability and innovation will visit New York City on October 15-16 as part of Peace Boat's 95th Global Voyage for Peace. We are excited to invite you to join us onboard the ship for a very special evening as Peace Boat is docked in Manhattan on October 15, 2017.

Established in 1983, the award-winning International non-profit organization Peace Boat has Special Consultative Status with UN ECOSOC and is associated with the UN Department of Public Information (DPI). Peace Boat is a committed campaigner for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and sails with the Global Goals logo on the hull of its ship. The ship sets sail from Japan in August, and will visit 20 countries around the world during the three month journey.

This Floating Festival for Sustainability will include dynamic presentations, music, exhibitions, cultural performances and more, focused on the UN Sustainable Development Goals - in particular oceans and climate change. During the event, Peace Boat will introduce its Ecoship, the world's most sustainable cruise ship planned to sail in 2020 as a flagship for climate action. Light drinks and canapes will also be available.
